I hold an MBA and honed my skills at Northwood University, graduating in 2022 with a degree in Automotive Marketing and Management. Outside of work, my life revolves around sports, especially baseball. Go Cubs! He goes above and beyond to make sure the needs of what you are requesting are met; no matter what lengths he or the technicians have to take. AJ stayed after the working hours of his shift to ensure my Cayenne was sought after and handled before the week ahead and that speaks volumes. He is transparent and very forthcoming with everything and it makes the entire process that much more seamless.
