I'm driven by a desire to serve and communicate effectively, always striving to ensure customers feel heard and valued. Outside of work, family is everything - I've been happily married for 20 years and have three children. I'm passionate about customer experience and making sure I can assist as best as possible. When I'm not working, you might find me working on my European sports cars, or traveling in Italy.
