For the past four years, I've been helping build customer relationships as a Service Consultant. My time at Napleton Westmont Porsche has been invaluable in shaping my approach. I'm driven by a desire to serve and communicate effectively, always striving to ensure customers feel heard and valued. Outside of work, family is everything - I've been happily married for 20 years and have three children. I'm passionate about customer experience and making sure I can assist as best as possible. When I'm not working, you might find me working on my European sports cars, or traveling in Italy. I try to embody a servant mindset in all I do, and that includes the way I approach every interaction with customers.

Carlo is very professional. He provided continual updates on the progress. There was a delay in completion of the work and I was heading out of town, so Carlo arranged to have my car delivered to my house. A++ service.
