Long way of saying that I have encountered service advisors across all these car companies -- and I would rank Drew number 1 amongst all of them without hesitation. Without getting into too many details, in summary -- he is very diligent in terms of giving regular updates (literally follows up every day just to check in and to give a heads up on status), highly empathetic in terms of finding solutions that are reasonable for customers and overall very thoughtful, polite, friendly and courteous. It's the kind of Customer Service that makes people want to come by for second and third purchases beyond just the choice of car. In other words, when you have somebody as thoughtful and trustworthy as Drew… you almost want to go with someone like that rather than switching brands and having to find a different service advisor at another car company. To be really honest, service levels that I've experienced have ranged somewhere around 7 to 8 over the years but I tend to be polite and just go ahead and rate them a 10 as I know that these rankings mean a lot. In Drew's case if I could give him a 15 out of 10, I would do that... because he's truly that much better than others I've encountered.
