Service writers have a tough job; its rarely good news they deliver. It is always more $$ than desired and takes longer than desired. Ron is straight-shooter and knowledgeable and helpful. Provides the info you need to make educated decisions then he follows up well.

Ron was great! My rear light panel cover had condensation building up. Ron identified a small hairline crack that was causing the issue and Porsche replaced it after identifying it as a defect. I would definitely recommend working with Ron.
